2.VALUE DIFFERENTIAL: In comparing the value of the home you would considering trading to the value of the home you would consider buying, there must be a fairly substantial differential in the two homes.The program will not work well when the two values are close to the same.

6.THE PROCESS OF TRADING: The cost of trading in, holding, and reselling must be factored into the trade program in reaching a hard,fast net value.

7.10 YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY: On all of our new homes, we furnish a ten (10) year structural warranty backed by BONDED BUILDERS, a national company. This coverage is transferable to any subsequent buyer during the ten year period.

8.TRADEIN PROGRAMS: Upon purchase of one of our new homes, We WILL consider trading for your existing home. We will also give you a guaranteed tradeup if you chose to rebuild a larger home with us.
